Why should I create an account?

Creating an Al Zain account on our website allows users to check their order status. Your information is kept securely on our file, and will help on speeding up the checkout process for future orders.

I have ordered an item on your website. How will I receive it?

When you place an order, depending on availability of the product, your order will be packaged and ready to be shipped within 24 hrs, excluding holidays and weekends (Fri-Sat). Local shipping will take 1 day, while regional and international orders may take between 2-7 days.

How will the items be packaged?

Juman Pearls’ items will be nicely packaged in our boxes or pouches and will be accompanied by a card with information about pearl care.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit and Debit Card

How can I contact you about a query I have regarding a refund or exchange?

Please note Juman Pearls does not offer returns or exchanges once a purchase is made. Please refer to our Refunds Policy Section in our Terms and Conditions.

I realized after my order confirmation that I'd made a mistake on my shipping/billing address.I want to change it. What should I do?

Once the shipping address is entered incorrectly it cannot be modified on the website for the same order. Please contact us immediately on [email protected] or +966504940491. Please note that Juman Pearls will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping/billing details. Delay in correcting shipping/billing address could lead to delayed or in worse case adding storage fee on your billing, missing items.

Are the items gold or gold-plated?

All of Juman Pearls jewelry items are created using 18k gold.

Are the products made with real pearls?

At Juman Pearls, we love the great variety and diversity of cultured pearls. We use a mix of South Sea, Tahitian, Akoya, and Freshwater pearls.

Do you have a showroom we can visit?

At the moment, our items are only available for purchase online on our website.

What are the hours and location?

At the moment, we can be reached online at any time and will get back to you within 2-3 working days.

Can I modify a piece I have previously purchased?

Through our bespoke services, we offer any changes and modifications needed at an added cost.

Can you customize a bespoke piece for me?

At the moment, our bespoke services are on hold. Should there be any updates we'll be sure to announce it on social media.

Can a request be made for yellow or white gold?

Yes with our bespoke services, we can create jewelry with either 18k white or yellow gold.
